The Resolution of Mind

Processing TROM also called auditing is the method of giving yourself a command and then doing what was commanded.

It is sometimes difficult to get started doing this so I have here some recordings of the auditing commands being read by a narator so you can just play the file to get the auditing command and respond to it.

Paul Adams calls himself the Yaun Guy. he has several websites having to do with various automated auditing systems.   I found his Rub and Yawn videos on Youtube and was surprised to hear him using TROM RI commands.

In an email conversation with Mr. Adams he stated to me that he has read TROM so the similarity is not acidental.

The Rub and Yawn is very effective when I run it so I have included the links to His Youtube videos below.

Since Mr. Adams did not  have a "Have another create something" in his videos i included two RI processing guides for the two commands "Create Something" and "Have Another Create Something"  You can download these MP3 files and play them as often as you like from your favorite MP3 player.  They are about 10 minutes long.

They can be run repeatedly as long as they produce changes.  Run Create Something to no change then Run Have Another Create Something to no more change then repeat as necessary.
